Synopsis: A film about a mother, also a housewife that is often taken for granted by her family. Vasuki, just like any other ordinary Indian mother tries all her best to serve her family in order to maintain a happy household. This is far from easy, as her husband Ram is an extremely prideful individual that tends to keep to himself a lot. Her kids Pravin and Anu are unacceptably ignorant and disrespectful to their mother. However, Vasuki is later diagnosed with cancer, which is discovered to be incurable. Vasuki’s doctor finally tells Ram and the children about her illness in a family dinner resulting in her family raging out, believing that she should have told them earlier. Frustrated at the fact that after all of the sacrifices she made for her family, she will not even get to see her children grow up, Vasuki decides a turn of events to live her remaining days positively and productively. Anu and Pravin nonetheless learn the importance of their mother.
